Frank is a co-founder of Tomeny & Fisher established in 1996 and the founder and president of Tomeny Law Firm, APLC since 1989. Prior to 1989 he served as a litigation associate with Franklin, Moore & Walsh for three years following his clerkship for the Honorable Doug Moreau in the 19th Judicial District Court. Over his 20 year career he has been court appointed lead counsel and/or an executive committee member on various catastrophic personal injury cases, resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, on a local and national level. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Texas State Bar Association and licensed to practice law in both states. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both Mississippi and Georgia. He is nationally board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, serves on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has handled to verdict over 40 jury trials and numerous judge trials representing individuals with catastrophic injuries, victims in wrongful death cases, as well as small to medium size companies and shareholders in business-to-business litigation. In the past ten years he has obtained verdicts and settlements totalling over $209,000,000. He is admitted and qualified as an attorney and counseler of the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Court in Louisiana Eastern, Middle and Western Districts. He is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association; past president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and past president of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
Frank graduated from Louisiana State University in 1983 and received his juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1986.
Frank was born in White Castle, Louisiana in 1961 and is married to Cathy Corey with three children, McCall, Callen and Riley.
